Orders can be canceled with full refunds up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for standard orders. For custom orders, cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. After this period, a partial refund may apply depending on the status of your order.

Changes to orders, including design alterations or quantity changes, must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Modifications made after this period may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Newtopics offers delivery services within the local area and beyond. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the location and included in your order confirmation. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

4.2. Pickup
If you choose to pick up your cake, please ensure you arrive at the agreed-upon time to avoid delays. Newtopics is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from cakes not picked up on time.

4.3. Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will investigate the matter and provide a solution based on the nature of the issue.

5. Custom Orders

For custom cakes, you are responsible for providing accurate details regarding design, size, flavors, and any special requests. Newtopics will collaborate with you to ensure that your cake meets your expectations.

5.2. Custom Cake Deposit
For larger custom orders, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be discussed and confirmed during the order process. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
