We offer delivery services within the local area of New Wimpole, United Kingdom, and surrounding regions. We also provide extended delivery to other areas, depending on availability. Please contact us directly if you’re unsure about the delivery zone.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery location, the size of your order, and any special delivery requirements. The shipping fee will be calculated and presented to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Local Delivery: We offer affordable delivery rates for nearby areas.
  • Extended Delivery: For deliveries outside of the local area, the shipping cost may vary. You will be informed of the total shipping cost at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: For most orders, we aim to deliver your cake on the scheduled date as confirmed in your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and size of the order.

4. Delivery Confirmation

5. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays, incorrect items, or damage to the cake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it, either through a refund, replacement, or other appropriate measures, depending on the situation.

  • Damaged Cakes: In the case of cake damage upon delivery, please provide photographic evidence of the damage for our review. If the damage is due to our error, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Deliveries: If the wrong cake or design is delivered, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make arrangements to either correct the order or issue a refund where applicable.

6. Pickup Option

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer a pickup option. Once your order is ready, you will be notified with a scheduled time for pickup. Please ensure you pick up your order at the agreed time. Newtopics is not responsible for any damage or issues arising from late pickups.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Newtopics does not offer international shipping. We only provide delivery services within the United Kingdom and its surrounding regions. If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements for special requests.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we cannot deliver to certain locations where cakes may not remain fresh or where transport conditions could affect the quality of the product. If this is the case, we will notify you promptly and discuss alternative solutions.
